Radiation outer boundary conditions for the Teukolsky equation

This talk presented radiation outer boundary conditions for the Teukolsky equation at the SIAM Northeast Regional Meeting. I highlighted boundary-kernel techniques that suppress spurious outer-boundary reflections and enable long-time stable simulations on smaller computational domains.
